® SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, 1400
GREENE ST. Complainant said
that an unknown subject came to
her office and was asking her
questions. She had seen the
subject walking around. The
subject told her that he was just
walking and that he was not a
student. Reporting officer: J.L.
Meador.
Sunday, June 22
O DRIVING UNDER
SUSPENSION, FAILURE TO
SURRENDER SUSPENDED
LICENSE, 1501 SENATE ST.
The reporting officer observed
the subject disregard a traffic
light. The officer initiated a
lawful traffic stop. The subject
stated he did not have his
driver’s license with him.
Further investigation revealed
that the subject was driving
under suspension. Reporting

O UNLAWFUL CARRY OF A
PISTOL, NO DRIVER’S LICENSE,
1501 SENATE ST.
While on routine patrol, the
officer observed the subject
stopped at a yellow blinking
light for 30 seconds. The officer
then stopped the vehicle. The
subject said he had no driver’s
license at all. The subject was
arrested for driving without a
license. During search after the
arrest, the officer found a pistol
underneath the driver’s seat.

Monday, June 23
® GRAND LARCENY MOTOR
VEHICLE, 1501 PENDLETON ST.
The complainant said he had
parked his vehicle at 2:30 p.m.
He was parking in Pendleton
Street garage. When he
returned the vehicle was
missing. A check of the area
yielded broken glass possibly
from a window of the vehicle. It
was a silver 2002 Honda Accord,
license number RV3-8258.
