SENATE STREETS The police
stopped Luis DeQuincy Guess
in the southbound lane on Bull
Street. Guess said he had no
insurance on the vehicle he
was driving and had not
registered it. He was arrested
and taken to the Richland
County Detention Center.

ST. At the location, reporting
officer P.I. Jones detected a
strong odor of marijuana.
When asked to consent to a
search, Aaron James
Anderson stuffed an object
between the seats of a car.
Jones retrieved 9.6 grams of
marijuana, and Anderson
was taken to the Richland
County Detention Center. .
