Friday, Nov. 8 O NONCRIMINAL MISCHIEF, FIELD HOUSE, 116 MARION ST. David Sonnefteld said someone unhinged the gate to the baseball equipment and threw softballs around the Field House. The person also used the pitching machine to lodge softballs m the walls. Reporting officer: N. DeHaai. © MALICIOUS INJURY TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, FS4 LOT, 937 ASSEMBLY ST. Kathryn Luchok said someone broke her rear window. Estimated damage: $500. Reporting officer: D. Hare. O auto break-in, larceny OF PURSES, COLISEUM LOT 2, 700 PARK ST. Fourteen people were victims of automobile break-ins and thefts of such objects as purses, pagers, IDs and keys. Reporting officers: T. Cox, S. Schreiber. © POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE WITHIN HALF A MILE OF A SCHOOL, 1400 GREENE ST. Michael Helgeson, Nehemiah Evans and Bryan Lee were found to be involved in suspicious activity. Reporting officers P. Jones and M. Gooding got permission to search them, and found 21 baggies on Helgeson and Evans. Lee was only giving the other two directions, and was free to leave after receiving a trespass warning. Sunday, Nov. 10 G LARCENY OF STUDENT ID, BLAH P.E. CENTER, 1328 WHEAT ST. Devin Christopher left his ID on the basketball court, and the ID was missing when he returned. Reporting officer: S. Meador. G AUTO BREAK-IN, LARCENY OF CD STEREO, LOT 2, 800 GREENE ST. Stephen Bierman said someone broke his car window and took a CD stereo, amplifier and four speakers. Estimated value: $800. Jennifer Norton said someone broke her window and took a CD player. Estimated value: $200. Rodney Topp and Erin Shrader each also had a broken window and a missing CD player. Estimated value: $150 each. Reporting officers: J. Clarke, T. Cox, G. Cox. Saturday, Nov. 9 © AUTO BREAK-IN, LARCENY OF PURSE, BLAH P.E. CENTER TENNIS COURTS, 1451 WHEAT ST. Valarie Bartley said someone broke her car window and took two purses, a wallet and personal information cards. Estimated value: $80. Reporting officer: J. Coaxum. B ASSAULT AND BATTERY, WILLIAMS-BRICE STADIUM, 1000 GEORGE ROGERS BLVD. (OFF MAP) After Donald Ogburn, apologizing, ran past reporting officer J. Clarke, Jeffrey Moore was found holding his nose. Moore said Ogburn had hit him in the face. © POSSESSION OF BEER BY A MINOR, POSSESSION OF FAKE ID, WILLIAMS-BRICE STADIUM, 1000 GEORGE ROGERS BLVD. (OFF MAP) When reporting officer J. Claypoole asked Jason Tyner to remove objects from his pockets, Tyner presented three cans of beer. He said he had only a Clemson student ID. The officer then asked for his wallet, in which he found a South Carolina driver’s license and a second, altered ID. Sunday, Nov. 10 0 MALICIOUS INJURY TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, 1200 BLOSSOM ST. Fred Collins said someone threw something off the roof of Snowden residence hall and hit his vehicle. Estimated damage: $200. Reporting officer: D. Hare. 0 SIMPLE POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL UNDER AGE 21, HUGER AND BLOSSOM STREETS Cole Barnes was stopped for changing lanes improperly. Barnes consented to a search, and reporting officers T. Cox and D. Hare found marijuana and three cans of Bud Light. Barnes was arrested. Monday, Nov. 11 ® AUTO BREAK-IN, LARCENY OF TELEVISION, COMPUTER SERVICES GARAGE, 501 SUMTER ST. Antonio Montgomery said someone smashed his window and took two TV monitors, one CD player, one cell phone and 292 CDs. Estimated value: $4,046. Reporting officer: J. Patterson. (g) COLLISION, PENDLETON AND BARNWELL STREETS Stephen Rodgers was legally parked when he was struck by another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle left the scene. Reporting officer: R. Baker.
