destroyed three flower vases,
other pottery, and a phone
belonging to computer services.

struck him on his side in a
Patterson Hall elevator. The
investigation continues.
Investigators Gallman and
Snyder were notified and
responded. Statements were

Victim suffered a lacerated chin
and a possible broken jaw while
participating in a basketball
camp. EMS transported the
victim to Richland Memorial

between his house, knocking out
power along his side of the street.

consciousness due to a diabetic
shock. EMS contacted and

Reporting officer arrived to a
child crying. The first responder
to the incident and the child’s
mother were also present. The
child had a two-inch cut on the
right side of her forehead above
her right eye. Her mother stated
that she did not see what
happened. An employee said,
“She was running and when she
tried to stop, she slid into the
stairs.” EMS transported the
child to the hospital. R.O: J.D.

Victim reported that her window
was shattered upon return to her
vehicle. Officer Patterson
determined that the cause was
not malicious in nature. R.O: J.D.

G AUTOBREAK-IN, LOT 1,
COLISEUM
Victim said unknown person
smashed out his rear windshield
with a piece of concrete nine
inches in length. Officer
Patterson removed the concrete
from the vehicle. Nothing was
reported taken from the vehicle.

(9) DRIVING UNDER
SUSPENSION, 300 MAIN ST.
Vehicle was traveling at a high
rate of speed southbound on
Main Street. When the vehicle
reached the railroad crossing
near 300 Main St., the wheels of «
the vehicle left the roadway.
When the wheels returned to the
roadway, the rear bumper
scraped the road. The vehicle
pulled into the lot at 100
Assembly St. Officer Rosier
checked the driver’s license and
it came back as suspended. The
subject was arrested. R.O: J.D.
Rosier.

SIGNAL, HARDEN AND
ROSEWOOD INTERSECTION
Female subject stopped at red
light, then proceeded through the
intersection before the light
changed. Officer Scott found that
the subject was driving under
suspension. The subject was
arrested and lodged at the
Richland County Detention
