The Gamecocks are ranked 21st in the nation and are coming off a tough outing in the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate in Ponte Vedra, Fla. USC finished fourth in the season opener and 10th in the Carpet Capital Collegiate. Among the individual highlights this season are back-to-back sub-70 (68-69) rounds by Rominger at the par-71 Rave at the Arizona Collegiate. In addition to his closing round 69 last week, Delahoussaye fired a 6£ and 69 on consecutive days at the C.C. of Louisiana. A poor first round kept him from being among the lead ers. That will be Carolina’s last time to shine before it returns home March 15 for the Lady Gamecock Classic.
