garage when he struck the
victim’s Lexus that was legally

said someone has been calling
her Bates House residence and
her cell phone several times.
The victim said she asked the
subject to stop calling her. A 3
a.m. pamphlet was explained

said someone took her Nokia
cell phone from the fifth floor
.kitchen of Patterson. The
victim has already canceled

□ SIMPLE ASSAULT, 918
BARNWELL ST. The victim said
Lisco Daniel Jeffcoat, who is a
former boyfriend, took a set of
keys from her possession that
contained keys to her
permanent residence and her
Columbia Hall residence,
which is property of the state
of South Carolina. The victim
said that the next day, Jeffcoat
returned to see her and an
argument ensued. During the
argument, the victim said
Jeffcoat spit in her face. The
victim said she slapped
Jeffcoat and he struck her on
with a closed hand on her
head. The victim also said they
began to pull on each other’s
clothing and wrestled for a
brief period. First responder
arrived and examined victim.
Housing maintenance
responded to perform a lock
change. Reporting officer: J. R.

his Snowden room. The money
was in a desk drawer.

side rearview mirror of his
1994 black Chevy S-10.

BLOSSOM ST. The victim said
someone took his 1997 green
Chevy Blazer from the seventh
or ninth floor of the Blossom
Street garage. The vehicle has
a dent in the tailgate, a red
Palmetto sticker, a Pi Kappa
Phi sticker on the back and a
red Palmetto license plate on
the front. Others items taken
include: a Nokia 5100 cell
phone, two fold-out chairs and
a stuffed tiger. Estimated
value: $18,195. Reporting

BARNWELL ST. The victim said
Lisco Jeffcoat approached her
and followed her to her
Columbia Hall room. Jeffcoat
grabbed her arm and refused to
let go. The victim said she had
to strike Jeffcoat to get him to
release her. The victim said
Jeffcoat then grabbed the I
emergency cell phone
furnished by USC and the
battery to her personal
telephone. The victim said
Jeffcoat returned the battery,
but left with the cell phone.

spokesperson for Carolina Productions. The President plans and presides over all regular,
executive, and special meetings of Carolina Productions, and provides agendas for those
meetings. Cfcher responsibilities include acting as a guide, resource and motivator for members
and serving as the official liasion between administrators and student organizations. Within
Carolina Productions, the president works closely with other commissioners, vice president,
and advisors to ensure that campus programming is meeting the needs of USC students.
