Office for Sexuall Heafth ■ ' WW m m Violence Prevention Sexual Health Programs • Sexual Assault Services • Relationship Violence Services Thomson Student Health Center, Lower Level •777-7619 or 777-8248 www.sa.se. edu/sas/sas. htm Sexual Health Programs: • Individual consultation regarding sexual health concerns • Written educational materials for class assignments or personal knowledge, including brochures • Educational programs & campaigns for student organizations and classes (e.g. Sexual Responsibility Week, World AIDS Day, University 101 - Sex & the College Student, etc.) Sexual Assault Services: • 24-hour crisis intervention and advocacy for survivors of sexual assault, including accompaniment to the emergency room • Academic Assistance • Accompaniment through Criminal & Student Judicial processes • Referrals • Educational programs and campaigns on the topic of sexual assault risk reduction strategies (e.g. the annual Clothesline Project, HOPELIGHTS, etc.) • Sexual Assault Survivors' Groups Relationship Violence Services: • 24-hour emergency crisis intervention and advocacy • Temporary "alternative housing" relocation for both on-campus and off-campus students • Safety planning and options counseling • Relationship Violence Survivors' Groups • Educational programs on topics of relationship violence risk reduction strategies and "safety planning" (e.g. University 101 - It's Not A Game) Student Health Services • Department of Student Development • Division of Student & Alumni Services Koger from page 25 Carolina Philharmonic, South Carolina Ballet, Co lumbia City Ballet, and many other local entities com plemented by renowned visiting artists. The center is also the site of workshops, residencies, and art ex hibits. The facility was made possible by a gift from na tionally known art collectors and patrons Ira and Nan cy Koger, along with funds from the City of Colum bia, Richland County, and the university.
