Aries (March 21 -April 19 You
could run into trouble if you travel
far today. Take it easy and watch
where you're going. It does look like
you're getting a boost concerning
your career, however. People are
talking about you, and they're saying
nice things.
Taurus (April 20-May 20) You
should be in a great mood today.
Most things will go well, but don't
spend too much company time talk
ing with your friends. They're inter
ested in hearing your stories, true,
but the boss may not be amused if
the work doesn't get done. Take
care not to have too much fun.
Gemini (May 21-June 21) There
are all sorts of complications.
You're smart, but you don't need to
make your final decision yet.
Something may be going on that
you don't know about. If anybody's
asking for your money, get the
advice of an older person before
you hand it over.
Cancer (June 22-July 22 Make
sure you've done the homework on
an impending purchase. Have you
investigated the possibilities of get
ting this item from a more distant
source? Check out the catalogs and
the Internet. You'd hate to find out
later that you spent too much.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22) You're being
tested today. This could turn out to
be good, but right now it may feel
like you're getting nowhere. The
trouble is you may have to go along
with what the other person wants. It
happens every once in a while. Be
smart. Consider the possibility.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) You
could have some problems with
your partnership now. The other
person has some strong ideas. If
the other person cares more about
it than you do, just let it go. It's
hard to give up, but you can do it.
Reserve your energy for a battle
you can win.
•
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 23) Service to
others should be your primary
focus. If you hear about somebody
who needs something you can pro
vide, go ahead and pull a few
strings. You always feel better when
you've done a good deed, and it
looks like there's one that needs
doing.
Scorpio (Oct. 24-Nov. 21) Your
life revolves around home and fami
ly. You may have more love than
money, but that's OK. You're pretty
smart right now, so you're learning
quickly. That will help you improve
your financial situation. And, two
out of three ain't bad.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Take it easy today. Listen more than
you talk. Spend more time at home.
If you get a little more rest, eat good
food and catch up on all the news
with your loved ones, you might
keep from getting a cold. It's called
preventative medicine, and it could
work.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
You're learning quickly, and that’s
good. The bad news is you may
realize you've been doing something
the hard way. The good news is
you’ll start doing it an easier way
now. Don't be embarrassed; it's all
part of growing up.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) You're
focusing on business, most likely.
That's what you should be doing,
anyway. Don't move too quickly,
though. You may not understand
everything yet. Do the research now
and make your purchases later in
the week.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20) —
Today is an 8 — You should be
clicking along now. That's fine; get
as much done as you can. You're
under a little bit of pressure, but
that's OK. It's motivational. Make
yourself practice, and your chances'
of becoming perfect are pretty good.

Scholarships up to $30.000
The South Carolina Police Corps offers scholarships of up to $7,500 per
year, for four years of college, to seniors, juniors and sophomores attending college
full-time. This is a reimbursable scholarship, so students may apply for funds back
to their freshman year.
Those accepting the scholarship will be required to serve as a law enforcement
officer in South Carolina for four years at one of 12 participating law enforcement
agencies. Students begin their commitment after completion of their bachelor’s
degree.
Participants are selected on a completitive basis including those criteria
required for a law enforcement officer. Police Corps cadets will undergo 16 weeks
of challenging police training, while earning $250 a week. Training will be conducted
during the summer months, between the spring and fall semesters, on The Citadel
campus. After receiving their bachelor’s degree, participants will complete their
final phase of Police Corps training. At the conclusion of Police Corps#training,
cadets will start their commitment with their selected law enforcement agency.
