Rising High Natural Bread Company
is one of my very favorite lunch
spots in Columbia. Whether I am in
the mood for a great salad, soup or sandwich,
I often head toward Rising High.
Their breads cannot be beaten. They
have an extensive selection of breads,
each of which can be purchased by the
loaf or used in a sandwich. I have al
