Scheduled for completion by the beginning of May, the 18minute film will be entered in festivals and competitions. "You can't do much with a short film; there just aren't a whole lot of people buying. But 1 you can use it as a kind of I calling card," Penny said. "Its mostly smaller, independent films made here, but there are some big budget movies made in the area also," Penny said.
