Saussure. A complainant said some
one took one "Badger" brand dry chem
ical fire extinguisher from the incident
location. Investigation continues.
February 7
Minor possession of alcohol, disorderly
conduct, Bull Street. While or
patrol, an officer noticed two people
walking from Bull Street garage holding
beer cans. The subjects entered
McBryde Quad after being asked tc
stop and were found in subject No. 2's
room. The reporting officer noticed a
smell of alcohol on the subjects, and
they admitted to avoiding the officer,

transported to the Richland County
Detention Center.

Greene St. The reporting officer observed
someone attempting to cross
Greene Street. The subject was staggering,
stumbling and mumbling at
passing cars. The officer followed the
subject to a private residence, where
he was found urinating on his pants
and emitting a strong smell of alcohol.

The vehicle swerved into the west

gate post. Upon stopping the vehicle,
the officer noted that the subject driving
had bloodshot eyes and an odor
of alcohol. The subject refused a field
sobriety test and admitted to having

While on routine patrol, an officer observed
someone unsteady on his feet
