The subject was issued a trespass " warning and was asked several times to leave the property. A few minutes later the subject returned and was seen by the same officers. The subject was taken into custody. The subject was under the influence of alcohol and showed inability to understand and comply with police demands. Assisting Another Agency, Sumter and Wheat streets. Victim was traveling on his bicycle southbound on Sumter. While attempting to make a left turn off of Sumter onto Wheat, the victim was struck by an oncoming northbound vehicle. The victim was transported to Richland Memorial Hospital and notification was made to the appropriate USC personnel. Harassing Phone Call, Bates House. The victim said that the subject, an ex-boyfriend, had been calling and harassing her. The victim told the subject that she did not want to see or talk to him. The subject then called the victim and told her that he was in the Bates House lobby. An officer was dispatched there and found the subject using the telephone in the < lobby. Upon arrival, the officers noticed many floors to have loud music. The officers asked the other halls to turn the music down. Upon arrival to the second floor, an officer noticed three underage subjects with beer in their possession. The subjects were arrested and booked at USCPD. October 2 Assistance Rendered, Patterson Hall. Complainant stated that she found the victim lying on the floor at the above location. The victim had vomited on herself and on the floor and was transported to Baptist Medical Center. It was later discovered that the victim had been drinking alcohol. Disorderly Conduct, South Marion and Dreher Streets. An officer observed the subject staggering and weaving at the incident location. The officer stopped to check the welfare of the subject and detected a strong odor of alcohol. Subject admitted to having drunk about ten beers. The subject was arrested and booked at USCPD. September 30 v. Assault and Battery, Patterson Hall. Victim advised the subject not to contact her anymore and attempted to get into the elevator to leave the subject in the lobby. The suspect then held the elevator open to prevent it from closing. The victim said that the subject pushed her in the face with his hand, driving her back against the wall of the elevator and causing her to bite her lip. The victim wishes to prosecute. S.
