Coming to USC is a difficult ^
challenge for all students, but imagine, c
for a moment, what it would be like to
be a student-athlete, constantly trying
to prove yourself not only academical- ,
ly, but on the field as well. 11
Add onto that being from a foreign
country, where everything you've known J!
your entire life has been swept away.
This has been the everyday life for
senior soccer player Marc Anatol. a
Anatol, originally from Trinidad, ^
began playing soccer 17 years ago. g
"When I was five, my mother took
me by this club team, and I got involved ^
in it and just continued ever since," Ana- y.
tol said. g
Through those years of playing,
Anatol has faced many challenges. He 0
was sidelined for the last five games of ^
his high school senior season because
of two broken bones in his toe.
