An anonymous source has filed a
formal complaint with the USC Elections
Commission against the eligibility of vice
presidential candidate Michael C. Phillips,
according to Elections Commissioner
Manisha Shroff.
The complaint follows a USC Police
Department incident report filed Feb.

involved in an act of assault and battery,

Reporting officer responded to a
call box activation by victim #1,
who tripped the call box after
being robbed by three males in
long dark coats. While en route
to the location, the officer observed
three subjects meeting the
description assaulting and robbing
a second victim. Reporting officer
identified himself and ordered
subjects to stop. All subjects thfen
took flight. The officer gave pursuit
and arrested the subjects at the
Pickens Street Bridge. Subjects
were arrested and transported to
Richland County Detention Center.
Saturday, Feb. 22
Attempted grand larceny of

Harassment, Snowden Dorm.
Victim reported that subjects from
the next room verbally harassed
him from outside his own room.
Subjects were yelling to him and
hitting and kicking his door. Victim
called the RA and the subjects
left the area. After the RA left,
subjects reappeared and resumed
their harassment, ripping pictures
from his door in the process.
