said, speaking of the effect this verdict
will have. "The judges will take more
responsibility in making sure the media
doesn't influence the jury. Murderers
will be more careful not to drip blood all
over the damn place."

"I'm not sure the civil trial was good
for the countiy in many ways," Stephens
said, summing up the trial. This decision
does not mean 0. J. was guilty. At the
same time the President was speaking
about coming together, the verdict is
helping to split things back apart."

counselor is put on the line to offer advice.
The results can take up to a week to
get. Cost of the kits ranges from $35 to
$50.
Though the companies that make
the kits do not divulge sales figures, a
spokesman for the 32-state Walgreen
drug store chain says sales have risen
since the tests were introduced last
summer.
"Overall, we're seeing good sales of
both Confide and Home Access,"
spokesman Michael Polizin said, who
also would not release specific figures.
"Our numbers indicate a steady growth
nationwide."
