She said she knows that without
the help and support of her coaches
and team members, her life would
have been much harder to deal with
at such a frustrating point in her
career.
Even describing her perfect game
involves not just herself, but all of
her teammates.
She said she would love to win
the NCAA tournament, but her
true perfect game would be if
everyone had double figures in
scoring and rebounding.
She truly is a team player and
someone who does not back down
to adversity.
In the future, Donna said she
would love to play professionally if
she had the opportunity to do so.
She said the addition of the
Women's Basketball League gives
women an added incentive to play
beyond college basketball.
If not, she would like to pursue
a field in exercise science, such as
physical therapy.

The South Carolina men's
basketball team extended their string
of wins to seven games Wednesday,
as Melvin Watson scored with three
seconds remaining to give the
Gamecocks a 62-60 win in Tuscaloosa
USC has won eight of nine games
since a 4-4 start and already has
won more SEC road games than in
any other season.
The Gamecocks remain the only
undefeated SEC team in league play.
Alabama, which began the season
with a 10-0 record, dropped to 11 -7,
With 20 seconds remaining in a
60-60 tie, USC rebounded a miss by
Alabama's Brian Williams.
It seemed almost fitting that,
when the clock trickled down to six
