You walk into a bar and strike up a conversation with a young art student.-.named Hitler. Knowing that years later he will savagely murder thousands of innocent people, would you kill him? This senerio is the premise for Stacy Title's politically charged, chillingly serious, and yet darkly comic film; "The Last Supper." The story revolves around a group of graduate students who hold dinner parties every week to discuss their leftwing views with special guests. However, when one of their visitors turns out to be a semi-fascist, a class between extreme liberal and conservative ideals leads to the murder of their guest. Energized by the gravity of their situation, the once peaceful group of friends comes to the conclusion that they must stop talking and start acting to relieve the world of all arch-conservatives who could do wrong to the world. Their plan: death to unexpecting and unwavering republicans. "The Last Supped brings to the screen a unique plot that appeals to all audiences, both democrat or republican. The film's ominous atmosphere provides a superb backdrop for the wickedly funny sarcasm of its all-star cast. Cameron Diaz ("The Mask", "Feeling Minnesota") is perhaps the most prominent member of the film's cast.
