tains works by Jasper Johns and Georgia O'Keeffe,

If you can get past the guards at the gates of Bob
Jones University, then go to the Gallery of Sacred
Art and Bible Lands Museum. This houses one of
the world's most extraordinary collections of religious
art and Bible antiques. There is also a free
planetarium show corresponding science to the
Scriptures.
Another point of interest is Campbell's Soda Shop
on North Main Street, which is reminiscent of the
1950s. Uke Al's place on "Happy Days," the restaurant
has a jukebox.
Finally, don't ignore the downtown Peace Center,
which is kinda like the Koaer Center on steroids and
with acoustics. Buddy Guy and NPR's "Mountain
Stage" show have been featured, as well as John
Prine and the Band.

yle is the true triumph of the stage. Sheila (Hol^oole)
is a great added spice to the story as Norm's
love interest.
The one fault that needs to be worked a little is
lily's performance as Jack. He tends to be too edgy
en we first see him, so when he loses it in the end
d tends to cry, it doesn't hit as hard as it should.
The glory of this performance is the chemistry,
ery cue was right on, eveiy movement was there,
d the production was so well executed it appeared
be simply sewn.
Brain Riley's set design is a visual symphony of
ors, props and angles. The lighting design by
ndy Hanna draws the eyes slowly and relaxingparadoxical
to the story. '
The real victory is the mastery of director Jim
igpen. This is my choice as the best play of the
n ester.
"The Boys Next Door" is playing at Trustus The e.
