DeMars announced the signing of Columbia
native Keith Brill to a national
letter of intent Thursday afternoon.
Brill, No. 112 in the ITF Junior World
Rankings, has trained at the Saddlebrook
Academy in Wesley Chapel, Fla.,
the past three years. Brill was ranked

Brill's coaches at Saddlebrook included
Tommy Thompson, coach of two
of the world's top five players, Pete Sampras
and Jim Courier, and former Gamecock

of DeMars' first Carolina team in
1985.

its first win over Duke (16-5) since 1985.
