The department of neuropsychiatry is offering free rehabilitation counseling to Midlands residents Thursday evenings throughout the spring semester. The rehabilitation clinic will accept clients until mid-April and provide personal adjustment counseling, vocational assessment, career counseling and job seeking skills development. The clinic schedules appointments beginning at 5 p.m. in the Wardlaw building. For more information, call 777-8131. Tax help is available free of charge from now until April.
