Egon W. Borgmann has been appointed managing
director of USC's top-ranked Master of International
Business Studies (MIBS) program.
Borgmann, who has been vice president and export
sales manager of Davis Elliott Inc. of Ardmnro

MIBS program together with Dr. Randy Folks,
academic director. Borgmann was an associate
professor of economics and business administration
at Ursinus College in Pennsylvania for six
years, and has worked as an export consultant
and an international marketing manager.
A graduate of Temple University, Borgmann
earned a master's degree in business administration
from the Wharton School of Business at
the University of Pennsylvania. He speaks German
fluently and also speaks Spanish.

Report for five consecutive years, 1989-1994.
Two MIBS graduates are returning to USC to
serve as language track managers for the program.
Jean-Luc Desreumaux, who earned a
MIBS degree in 1989, will oversee the French
language track. He was a product manger for
ARCO Chemical Co. in Maidenhead, England,
from 1989-1993. Desreumaux is a graduate of
the Universite Catholique de Louvain in Belgium.
Hernando Montana, who earned a MIBS degree
in 1984, will be the MIBS Spanish track
manager. He was national accounts manager for
Covia Technologies and also worked for Digital
Equipment Corp. and Kraft Inc. He is a graduate
of the Universidad Externado de Columbia
in Bogata.
