Ground beef
A1 Sauce
Soy sauce
garlic powder
chili powder
cajun spices

Directions:
This recipe comes from a friend.
Use your imagination and vary the ingredients.
Set the beef in a deep dish. Cover
with soy sauce and let soak (not too
long, though, or the meat will spoil).
Sprinkle the garlic powder, chili powder
and cajun spices into the meat
and knead it.
Form the beef into patties. Place on
a grill and cook until the hamburger
is well-done. Make sure the burger is
not too red in the middle to prevent

Another version of this hamburger,
if you have a charcoal grill: place a
beef patty in tin foil, cover with
chopped onions, carrots and potatoes.

The laser Drive 3-D show is at 5
p.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
It features "The Fly," by U2, "Rock and
Roll," by Led Zeppelin, "Comfortably
Numb" by Pink Floyd, "Looking Glass"
by Yanni and "Batman Theme" by
Danny Elfman.
Laser Drive U2 in 3-D is $7 and begins
at 8 p.m. all three days. Some of
its songs are "Sunday Bloody Sunday,"
"Where the Streets Have No Names"
"Mysterious Ways," "With or Without
You," and "Desire."
Laser Zeppelin in 3-D is at 9:15
p.m. Friday and Saturday. It is $7 and
features such songs as "Stairway to
Heaven" and "Rock and Roll."
Pink Floyd's "The Dark Side of the
Moon" begins at 10:30 p.m. Friday

Ingredients:
2 cups sliced green cabbage
1 carrot, grated
1 16-ounce can fruit cocktail (save
juice)
1/4 cup snredded cneddar cneese,
optional
Dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
juice from 16-ounce can fruit cocktail
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine the
sliced cabbage, grated carrot, drained
fruit cocktail and cheddar cheese. Stir
well and set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, make the
dressing by whisking together 1/4 cup

reserved from the fruit cocktail.
Pour the dressing over the salad a
little at a time, stirring after each addition.
Chill 30 minutes before serving.
