"What's great about this is that
Chad is giving the vouchers to his parents
as a way of saying 'thank you' to
them for his education," Bills said.
Bills said it was nice that Chad gave
his prize to his parents.
"I think it's very commendable,"
Bills said."He's obviously returning
some of the blessings that he has received
from his parents."
Beard found out he won in February.
