A nationally traveling exhibit
exploring the lives and celebrations
of Southern AfricanAmericans
opened Sept. 12 at

ivivivioaivn. ifiuovuui.
"Jubilation! AfricanAmerican
Celebrations in the
Southeast" was organized by
the museum. It will be on display
through May 1 and then
will travel to other museums
across the country.
"Jubilation!" covers the history
and evolution of AfricanAmerican
celebrations in the
South since Emancipation and
details how these ceremonies
have become key components
in sustaining African-American
traditions and heritage.
The exhibit reflects more
than five years of research and
documentation by the
McKissick staff and features
about 200 artifacts, many of
which are borrowed from personal
collections.
Ethics workshop
to be presented
"Teaching Business Ethics,"
a two-day workshop for college
business educators, will be presented
Sept. 23-24 at USC's
Daniel Management Center.
The workshop explores methods
for colleges to use in adopting
business ethics courses in
order to meet new standards set
by the American Assembly of
Collegiate Schools of Business.
In 1992, the AACSB made
ethics studies a requirement for
business schools.
Led by a distinguished panel
of experts, the workshop
explores various methods of
incorporating ethics studies, the
