Bob Dylan's "Crawl Out Your

music throughout is full of driving
beat and crunchy guitar. It's definitely
a great buy, but being without

this one, I was desperate to hear it.
When I found it in the record

mistake. What we have here is a
jazz ensemble covering Sting's
songs from all the way back to
"Roxanne" all the way up through
his Nothing Like the Sun album.
It makes sense to do it; after all,
Sting is one of the artists today
who is most heavily influenced by
jazz, especially on Dream of the
Blue Turtles and Nothing Like the
Sun. But the problem comes in the
translation of his rock/pop style

However, McLachlan's music is

half of it is upbeat. The rest is
slower, more relaxed. If you love .e<

After Petty introduced some of
the members of the band, he
thanked Columbia for helping
make his birthday special. The audience
broke out into "Happy
Birthday" and a "psychedelic dra- I
gon" descended from the stairs to
hand Petty a "psychedelic
harmonica."
With drummer Stan Lynch on
vocals, Petty blew the harmonica
to Counter Five's "Psychotic Reaction."
The chills returned as soon
as Petty reached to a treasure chest
on the corner of the stage. As he ft^Mj
opened it, the audience got more Bk (
and more excited and was on its
feet as soon as they saw "the hat."
