They've been through it all ?
the freshman partying stage, the all
night study sessions, the dreaded 8
a.m. class, the 18-hour semester.
. . and they made it They're
Carolina's spring '91 graduating
class.
No matter where they're from or
where they're going, these graduates

come a long way.
"This is not like graduating from
high school. You leave here independent,"
computer science senior
Renuka Maknoor said. "You've
accomplished something and it's a
great feeling."
Yet some students weren't always
so confident about graduating
this May.

They leave Carolina not only
with a fine education but with
friends and memories of a lifetime.
What is their advice to the struggling
underclassmen?
"It's so important to keep your
grades up," marketing senior Jessica
Lewison said. "Do as much as
vou can to build up a good resume
and take advantage of all the programs
that Carolina has to offer."
Some students offer advice of a
different kind.
"Whether it's through a fraternity,
sorority or any kind of club,
meet as many people as possible,"
finance senior Greg Englebreth
said. "Other than that, drink as
much as you .can and just have
