Jan. 28
Simple assault, Snowden. Student resident
adviser states that while checking on an excess
noise complaint, the subject interfered with the
RA by grabbing the RA's arm and jacket.
Jan. 29
Illegal use of telephone, 1611 College St.
(JSC staff member received harassing phone
call.
Call box activation, 600 Park St. Subject
needed a jump start for his vehicle. He stated
he had read the "Emergency Only" sign.
Stolen license plate, BA meter lot. Student
states her vehicle license plate was stolen.
Malicious injury to personal property, 1300
Pendleton St. Student states her vehicle was
scratched with an unknown object at the above
location.
Larceny of bicycle (over $100)/larceny, bike
rack at 1614 College St. Student states his bicycle
was removed from the above location without
his permission.
Jan. 30
Illegal use of telephone, 1332 Pendleton St.
Student has received several unwanted messages
on his answering machine.
Grand larceny, (JSC Bookstore. Student
states her bookbag and books were taken without
her permission from the above location.
Unlawful use of telephone, Capstone. Student
states an unknown male called and stated he
was representing a recording studio and wished
to meet her.
Unlawful use of telephone, Bates House. Student
states an unknown woman had been calling
her residence on several occasions.
