Several important changes are in
store for students using USC's
Thomas Cooper Library this fall.
The Cooper library's hours will
be extended, with the building

Another notable change will be
the stepping-up of security measures
both inside and outside of
the library. Campus police will
have new, scheduled patrols in and
around the building during the
evening.
A reserve police officer was assigned
to this beat.
These changes were recommended
at the July 28 meeting of
USC's Ad Hoc Library
Committee.
At the meeting, USC President
James Holderman said that past attempts
