People who break the law in South
Carolina and get caught arc doing the
Criminal Justice Hall of Fame a
favor.
The museum is located on the
grounds of the Criminal Justice
Academy and is funded through
county surcharges and forfeitures.
"We get a certain amount of
money that is tacked on to speeding
tickets," Museum Director Jami
a* Bennett said. "The people who break
V the law support the museum." No
taxes are used.

One of the highlights of the
museum is the Melvin Purvis exhibit.
Purvis, a native of Florence, is
famous for killing gangster John
Dillinger. The exhibit features part of
his vast gun collection and other
memorabilia.
Another popular exhibit is a collection
of traffic signs and signals to
help children understand the importance
of traffic safety.

the oldest prison cell in the United
States, is also on display.
Other exhibits include an old

Radosevich said the case will probably be tried

Radosevich said he ignored the letter and is now being
