Lugoff-Elgin High School's
yearbook staff brought Peter
Reckell, who plays Bo Brady on
"Days of Our Lives," to the
school in February. The proceeds
from that appearance helped
finance the school's yearbook,
Kaleidoscope.
The money from Saturday's
performance will be awarded to

The stars performed skits and
songs, many with audience participation.
Fans had an opportunity
to mail in a fantasy wish to
their favorite stars. During the
show, the stars read the various
fantasies and tried to fulfill them.
Some wishes included a hug from
a star, a date and pictures.
Bill Hufsey, a dancer and
singer from "Fame," thrilled his
female fans by performing with
much energy. He asked several
fans to join him on stage as he
performed.
During the stars' remarks at
the conclusion of the show,
Michael Weiss of "Days of Our
Lives" commented on Southern
nospuauty and his desire to learn
the state dance, the Shag. Several
volunteers from the audience attempted
to teach the stars how to
shag.
And then, the stars were off
once again to continue the tradition
of daytime soaps.
