A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the f orum
opens today at the Workshop Theatre. Performances
arc at 8 p.m. through Dec. 8 with 3 p.m. Sunday
matinees. The $15 ticket price includes a gala after the
opening performance to celebrate burning of the
theatre's mortgage.
Auditions for Workshop Theatre's production of
The Hot I. Baltimore will be held at 6:30 p.m. Sunday
and 7:30 p.m. Monday at the theatre. The adult
comedy-drama, which tells the story of a seedy, soonto-be-demolished
hotel, requires eight males and seven
females from 18 to 70 years old. The production will
