public forum Feb. 23 and 24 at USC.

Guatemalan expert from Tufts Universit;
and Neill McCauley, author of "The Sai
dino Affair."
Tenenbaum will serve as moderator of th
forum.
The opening address, "Central America
Peasants and the Pursuit of Happiness," wi
be presented by Brintnall at 8 p.m. Feb. 23 i
room 250 of Cambrell Hall.
Sessions on "Government and the Goverr

will begin at 9 a.m. Feb. 24 in room 303 c
