Public forum on will study crises From Staff Reports Leading authorities on the current crises i Central America will analyze the subject in public forum Feb. 23 and 24 at USC. Participants will include Leyda Barbieri, native of Honduras and research associate ? the Washington Office on Latin Americi Douglas Brintnall, from the Institute for tt Study of Human Issues and an expert on pes sant tzrouDS in the reeion: Beatrix Mann Guatemalan expert from Tufts Universit; and Neill McCauley, author of "The Sai dino Affair." Tenenbaum will serve as moderator of th forum. The opening address, "Central America Peasants and the Pursuit of Happiness," wi be presented by Brintnall at 8 p.m. Feb. 23 i room 250 of Cambrell Hall.
