But he said the thought of enduring the 26 miles of a marathon sounded crazy even to him. 4<It was something unicjue to do," the biology major said, who finished 10th among 400 runners in Saturday's eighth-annual Carolina Marathon. "Being a wrestler (in high school), I've always strived for those kind of crazy things. The marathon seemed to be the epitome of running, so I wanted to participate." Seto, a senior from Woodbridge, Va., finished with a time of 2:42:01. At 21, he was the youngest runner of the top 30 finishers. HE SAID he didn't run for the awards or recognition. "It was a personal type goal," he said. "In fact, I didn't even know I had finished so high until I crossed the finish line. This guy handed me a paper and I was shocked when I saw I had finished 10th." Seto said he had run the marathon twice since his sophomore year.
