The Student Bar Association will receive percentage funding
from student activities fees, the USC Student Senate decided
Wednesday.
The proposal was approved by the Finance Committee
before going to the floor. SBA meets requirements for percentage
funding: it is a governing organization and it provides a
service, committee chairman Conner Baker said.

total collected from student activities fees, rather than applying
for funds item by item. Student Government, Student
Media and Carolina Program Union also receive percentage
funding.
IN OTHER money-related matters, Baker said budget hearings
will begin Wednesday. The Finance Committee journeys
to Charleston this weekend to work on allocations. The trip
costs $461.
