II Cool's 26-12 victory over Columbia Hall
propelled them into the No. 1 spot on the
first intramural football poll of the 1983
season.
Phi Kappa Sigma, ranked second, was a
34-6 winner over z,eta Beta Iau, and third
ranked Leechers shut out Delta Upsilon 25-0.
Rounding out the top five are No. 4
Doobies, and No. 5 Attackers, 19-0 and 14-0
respectively.
The Army ROTC, ranked sixth, defeated
Thornwell 12-0 while No. 7G.D.I. was a 12-0
winner over Navy ROTC.
Dynasty, Caucasians and Sigma Nu ? the
eighth-, ninth- and lOth-ranked teams,
respectively ? were all winners.

University Inn defeated the Douglas
Avengers 9-6, and Bates House was a 2-0
winner over Wade Hampton Hotel.
In the women's division, Tri Delta beat
Delta Zeta 14-0. All other women's games
were rained out, so there will be no women's
poll this week.
