center's director.
Linda Salane said her office,
located in Lieber College on the
Horseshoe, tries to help students
better understand the working world,
thereby leading them to career
success after college.
The office does not serve only
graduating seniors, however; Salane
said another goal of her service is to
help students see how their academics
can relate to careers.
Counseling is available to undergraduates
on an individual or
group basis, Salane said. The office is
also available to graduates.

According to Larry Salters, Alumni
Career Planning Service counselor,
topics covered in the job search
seminar include researching ?n

organization and forming contacts.
The job search seminar's goal is to
"target your job search to specific
employers who can use people like
you," Salters said. v
Workshops are available to help
students prepare skills they will need
after college, Salane said. Seminars
