Two USC buildings have received work
costing $43,500 to repair leaks, a USC official
said.
The Osborne Administration Building
underwent major repairs costing $40,000
over the summer, David Rinker, systems
vice president for Facilities Planning, said
this week.
Renovation of the Faculty House began in
late August and is expected to be completed

Coating sections of the outside walls of the
19th-century building with a waterproof seal
is expected to cost $3,500, Rinker said.
Repairs to Osborne largely consisted of
sandblasting and removing old stucco and
paint from the exterior of the building,
replacing the stucco and repainting the
building, Rinker said.
