The Frank McGuire Arena has not only stai
been a home court for the Gamecocks but
the only place where Bill Foster's young
squad has experienced victory. USC is 7-3 on
their own Tartan surface after Monday
night's massacre of West Virginia Tech but
has gone winless in eight games on the road.

victories during a basketball campaign was
during the 1962-63 season when Coach Chuck C
Noe's squad started off the season at 5-11. Bel
Noe s troops finished the year at 9-15. tou
