renovated beginning this
month to accommodate
facilities for the USC School
of Medicine.
O.M. Higgins, associate
dean for administration of
the medical school, said
Wednesday the school was

Veterans Administration
assistance grant of $10
million for the project.

Higgins said, "This
renovation is significant in
that it allows us to gradually
increase the size of our
entering class from 48 to 100
in a period of two or three
years. Additionally, we
won't have to increase the
number of faculty
significantly to ac1
