Jim Conant, one of the ExMembers against Moon, said the new group, called the Collegiate Association for the Research of Principles serves only to lure college students to weekend seminars which are really "Moonie brainwashing camps." ULRIKE TUENTE, the area corresDondent for World Student Times (the CARP newspaper), said there are plans to establish a USC chapter during the fall semester next year, but that it will not be a branch of the Unification Church. Tuente said that distinctions should be made between CARP and Rev. Moon's church. "Most members of CARP are usually members of the church," t> *?
