One hundred and eighty five
parking spaces have been lost
since construction began on USC's
computer science Duilding.
Both faculty and student parking
is affected. However, after the
completion of the building in two
years, including a three-level
parking garage, about 200 spaces
will be created.
Danny Baker, director of
parking and motor vehicle
registration, said there have been
no specific plans to acquire more
parking spaces "because we have
plenty of spaces available even
during the peak parking time of the
day, especially on the south side
(Bates and Roost areas of campus)
