They'll tell you! si This year there were 94 total teams tj in the Men's Basketball Tournament: 51 teams in the Gamecock League, 10 r * .... 1 n.? ,j al io rr<nernuy lUiinib, 10 nuhiuuncu u Hall teams, and 1 2 teams in the In tl dependent League. That's a lot of ei sweaty socks and bouncing tt basketballs! I The first annual Co Rec Tennis 'oubles Tournament was held tins i ast weekend on Friday, Saturday, nd Sunday. This year's tournament i as played entirely on this one weekend, rather, than stringing it out ver a 2 or 3 week period, as its been one in the past. 24 couples signed p for this double elimination con) etition, which was held at the Blatt .E. Center tennis courts. The great weather really brought ut the tennis players. A lot of I latches were played and a lot of the layers got sunburned, but it was a jper way to spend a weekend, wenty four matches were played riday from 4 6, and eighteen latches were played on Saturday om 1 1 3* Some teams had to play s many as four matches on Satur ay, but no one seemed to mind since was?pertect tennis weather. Because this was a double limination tournament, it allowed ach team to play at least twice.
