USC?F By Ed Rowland AP Writer USC Athletic Director Jim Carlen confirmed Friday he has permission from Duke University to interview Blue Devil basketball coach Bill Foster about replacing Frank McGuire. Foster has repeatedly declined to discuss the possibility of his going to Carolina.
