The Basil Pot is a vegetarian restaurant ent
operation. It offers Columbians a unique and
perience.
The atmosphere is informal. There are simp
chairs, a variety of plants hanging from the cei
bulletin board. The waiter seats himself in an em
to take your order.
There are a number of standard dinners. The
salad, the soup of the day and the vegetable of t
ners include the main dish, which changes each d
available, as are dinner salads. Beverages incl
herb tea, cider, wine and imported beer.

and the house dressing was excellent. The vegi
good, too. The vegetable of the day was green
seeds. It was slightly on the crunchy side and
reported positively on the main dish, which wa
sauce over pasta.
After the meal, we talked with one of the
restaurant. He told us that the restaurant had g

four days a week, Wednesday through Saturday
until 2 and for dinner from 5:30 until 9.
