the College of Education in July
1972 after serving two years as a
professor of education at Georgia
State University in Atlanta.

Residential Life Services to
correct leaking pipes and washing
machines that are in "deplorable
condition" in Maxcy Dorm.
A bill proposed by the finance
committee was passed, approving
SAC allocations to three student
activities and organizations.
Recommendations for the
allocations came from SAC to give
the sailing club $624, the Student
Education Association $206, and
Women's track $1,454. Women's
track has to be funded as a club
sport for two years to become an
athletic team.
A bill was passed to provide
telephone directories at the Russell
House Information desk at all
times. The directories are now
located at the communications
office at the corner of Wheat and
Main Streets.
