The reconstruction of room 315 in
the Russell House has caused the
loss of seven meeting rooms, 45
percent of the existing meeting
space, but will create a new
student media center.
"Remodeling of the third floor
west wing will be a big problem for
returning clubs and organizations
of the university," said Tom Otts,
director of Russell House
University Union.
ACCORDING TO Dot Raymond,
university union reservationist,
those clubs affected have been
notified and most have been
scheduled for meetings in other
rooms.
