Travis, founder of the Wellness
Resource Center. Travis' lecture
was part of the 1st annual Health
Enrichment Week, sponsored by
Open Door.

Travis said, "We have found that a

if they have a supported environment

bulk back into your diet is important,
because it is removed in
most processed foods. Bran is one
of the easiest ways to do this."

substituted whenever possible for
more refined foods, he said.

limbering, and doing yoga are
equally important.
A person must be able to control
stress and tension, he added.
"Studies show that some people
after a normal day at work show
stress comparable to that of
soldiers ready to enter combat,"
Travis said.

your feelings. Anger, fear, sadness
and enthusiasm are emotions
which need expression,'' he said.

eating," Travis said. "Deep down
we all know what we need; it's just
a question of getting there, at least
