The.Advanced Film Experience
566 course has been completely
revised and rearranged beginning
this fall.
The new title of the course is
"Studies in Film 566" and is offered
for three hours credit in
English. Each following semester
will deal with a different topic and
thus a student may take several
roursps in Rfifi insfpari nf nnp
The fall semester will be labelled
566-A, and the subject will be "The
Films of Ingmar Bergman."
Bergman is considered by many to
be the greatest living authordirector
of film, and the course will
trace his career by viewing many
of his films, studying his screenplays,
looking at critiques of his
films and reading what Bergman
