system and especially a good
family court system is a deterrent
to crime. "If treated unprofessionally

turned off by the judicial system,"
he said.
Edwards said all of a family
I court judge's time can be devoted

HE SAID he was not against
prison reform. "Prison reform is
good, but a court system where
justice and not expediency is the
rule is the best deterrent to
crime."
