said none of the doctors he had
seen has said if the eye had been
treated properly.
"The way I feel about his main
premise, that we should have a
doctor at night," Hirata said, "is
that it's impossible. We just can't
afford to have a doctor here at all
times. It would raise the

said he did not know how much
